Ilusões/Illusions

As ilusões podem ser no caso dessa obra, uma fantasia, percepção cheia de imaginação, um sonho ou uma visão.

Essa é uma obra densa, forte e ao mesmo tempo cheia de caminhos, de lugares escondidos que nos questionamos o que é isso? Onde é isso? e esses questionamentos leva-nos a reflexões, nos iludem e quando percebemos, nada mais é como era antes.

Esta obra possui muitos relevos e muitos entremeios conseguidos com diferentes materiais. Provavelmente essa seja a obra mais rica em materiais que qualquer outro do acervo. Foi utilizada serragem, areia, pó de mármore e fios de cipó. Isto causou efeitos diversificados e interessantes. Na composição da pintura foram utilizadas cinco cores. A cor predominante é o vermelho em várias tonalidades e no emaranhado das formas foram utilizados tons mais claros e escuros para dar profundidade.

E, cuidado ao observar as sombras, nunca se sabe o que pode acontecer...

This is a dense work, strong and at the same time full of ways, of hidden places, that we question ourselves: What is this? Where is this? And these questions take us to reflections, elude us. And when we realize, nothing else is like it was before.

This artwork has a lot of reliefs and many in-betweens achieved with different materials. Probably this artwork is the richest in materials that any other in the collection. It was used sawdust, sand, marble powder, and vine threads. These caused diversified and interesting effects. In the composition of the painting were used five colors. The predominant color is red in several shades and in the tangles of the shapes were used light and dark shades to achieve depth.
